A New Year...

Christmas and New Year seemed to fly by! We had so much fun being with each other and our families and I was off several days around the holiday to be able to be with Elizabeth. We started Christmas on the 21st by celebrating at Memaw's and everyone was able to attend. Christmas Eve we went to the candlelight service at church and then Christmas morning Elizabeth actually slept in and finally got up around 8:30. She walked in the living room to find what Santa had left for her and she looked at me and said "Goodness!" She was overwhelmed by everything and played and played until time to get ready to go to Larry Bennett's for the Bennett Christmas. We then went to MayMay's to open gifts and it ended up being a late night. Nana's Christmas was the 26th and after that, everyone was pooped. We enjoyed some great family time and are now glad to be almost back in a routine.
